HookTok AI is a generative AI tool that produces short-form video hook ideas, video concepts, and CTAs. You must be of legal age to use it and provide accurate account information.
You agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) interfere with security, scrape, probe, or upload malware; (d) generate illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content designed to harass or deceive; (e) attempt to jailbreak or bypass content filters; (f) resell or redistribute the service.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the outputs you use, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have rights to any content you input. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for regulated professional use without human oversight. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and may suspend accounts for repeated misuse or rights infringement. Rights-holders may contact us to request takedown of infringing content.
We retain all rights in the HookTok AI software, models, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. No reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention of technical limits.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where law forbids such limits.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
